We're aware of this issue and are working on a fix.
-
OK, interesting. Could you go to the Zotero Preferences -> Advanced -> Config Editor, search for newItemTypeMRU, and post what it says under "Value"? Separately, do you have any third-party plugins enabled in Zotero?
-
Check to be sure that you didn't miss it in the top five recently used item types at the top of the menu, right under the green plus button.
-
OK, full books should now be supported. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences.
-
Thanks, we can add support for saving the entire book. The Debug ID in your post didn't show any relevant errors, unfortunately. If you can reproduce the error and submit a new Debug ID, please do. That said, I would guess that the problem was just…
-
Could you be specific about the issues you’re experiencing?
-
That's a Zotero (client) Debug ID, not a Connector Debug ID. See the instructions under "Zotero Connectors (Firefox, Chrome, and Safari)" on that page.
-
OK, thanks. It was specifically a WorldCat problem and is fixed now. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences.
-
No sort would prevent jumping around when you do that, unfortunately. To make the list more manageable, you could add a tag to a smaller set of work-in-progress items and filter to it, or add them to a temporary collection (items can be in multiple …

Can you link to some searches where the ordering is wrong?
-
This thread was created when Zotero had no support for the new Web of Science, but that’s no longer the case. WoS should be working fine. Could you provide a Connector Debug ID for a save in which some items fail?
-
No, items have to be sorted by something. Try sorting by Date Added, which doesn't change as you move through the list and make changes. You can enable the Date Added column in the menu that appears when you right-click on the column headers at the …

(If your issue is with the new PDF reader, open the Zotero preferences to the General tab and select a different program in the "Open PDFs using" dropdown.)
-
Downgrading is not a good solution in the long term - Zotero 5 is no longer supported and will stop syncing in the future. Please be specific about the parts of your workflow that no longer work in Zotero 6 and we can certainly help you.

(I think that the style's current behavior is incorrect and this change should be made more generally - I don't have access to it, but SBL 2e apparently says that "The use of n.d. (no date) in place of the year in the publication details should be a…

Check if it appears at the top of the plus-sign dropdown with other recently used item types. Types that appear at the top won't appear under the More submenu, which is where I believe you're looking.
-
In Zotero, Tools menu -> Add-ons. But it doesn't actually seem like that's the issue here. Do you have your macOS user interface set to display in a right-to-left language? Or do you have two monitors connected?
-
Can you provide a Debug ID for this? Also try disabling any third-party extensions you have installed.
-
Fixed. Thanks for reporting. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences.
-
Try Reset Translators in the Connector preferences (not Zotero preferences) and let me know if that does the trick.
-
Good catch, thanks. Updated the link.
-
It doesn't look like you're saving a snapshot at all in your Scaffold output. Would you be able to paste the code you use to add the attachment in a tag here or a GitHub Gist?
-
Do the items have notes and/or attachments? Is there anything that differentiates them besides the version they were created in?
-
On it, thanks.
-
Just pushed a fix. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences.
-
Thanks, I’ll take a look.
-
Make sure View -> Show Items from Subcollections is enabled. Search results from subcollections won’t be shown if it isn’t.
-
(You don’t need to put a bunch of stars in the title to get an answer here.) That prompt was shown by your operating system, not Zotero. You can change your preferences in your operating system’s settings. Instructions for Windows are here.
-
The time format Zotero uses is set based on your current language, which you can change in the Advanced tab of the Zotero preferences. If you'd like to use an English locale, "English (UK)" should do the trick. (That will also give you dd/mm/yyyy da…

(@adamsmith: This only happens if you're in a non-en-US locale.)
