On it, thanks.

You're right, thanks. There were more cases that we weren't accounting for. This will actually be fixed in the next beta.
-
Thank you for the detailed report! Both issues will be fixed in the next beta (and the next release of Zotero 6 as well).
-
OK, will be fixed in the next beta.
-
Thanks, on it.

Thanks for reporting this. I've just pushed a fix. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences.
-
Thanks for the catch - we'll update the ADS translator to use the preprint type.
-
@bentle: Are you using a custom OS theme? Or a system language with right-to-left text?
-
@danlyth: This will be improved in Zotero 7 (early beta out now), which runs natively on Apple Silicon. Apple Silicon Macs seem particularly conservative with their memory management when dealing with apps running under Rosetta (like Zotero 6). That…

"Fix Case"? That would help clarify why it's disabled on authors that are already cased correctly.
-
@damnation: More to come :) We have a PR pending to add inline error highlighting!
-
OK, fix will be in the next beta. The issue was specific to Zotero 7.
-
Thanks, I can reproduce this. Looking into it.
-
@ptujec: Could you elaborate on what didn't work in previous versions?
-
Thanks - this will be fixed in the next beta.

No problem!

@edmundrussell: On it - thanks for reporting this. Should have an update out soon.
-
(Agreed, but in this case we want the content attribute of a tag, not the content of a node, so we need attr().)
-
The error is on line 36. "property" is misspelled as "propery". In general, it's best to use the attr/text utility functions, which will return an empty string instead of throwing an error if the selector doesn't match. That line could be replaced …
-
I don't think that that error could be caused by the code block that you posted. Could you upload the full translator code as a GitHub Gist (or, for that matter, open a zotero/translators PR, which I hope you're planning to do eventually!) and post …

On it, thanks.

Fixed. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences. Let me know if you have any issues!

@adamsmith: No, that choice was made before my time - PKP translator used to be called Open Journal Systems before I generalized it to support all the different PKP catalog systems, and it used EM. I assume that EM output was just better than the RI…

Seems to be working reliably again.
-
Thanks - this was an issue with our support for the Chinese localization. Fixed now. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector pre…

I'm sure they're aware - their status page shows an outage on metadata search and "degraded performance" on one of their APIs right now. Give it a few hours. In the mean time, reloading the page and trying to save again should eventually let you get…

This issue seems to be on Crossref's end. (We use DOI metadata for full books but not individual chapters.)
