EPUB annotations sync and are readable/writable with the Zotero API, so that would be the best option for an integration.
-
It looks like KOReader lets you export to a variety of formats, including HTML, Markdown, and a custom JSON schema. All of them are lossy and there's no way a reader could support importing them. It also supports syncing with Memos, Joplin, and Read…

Our annotations are already stored using the Web Annotation Data Model schema internally. (We only support a couple selector types right now, but we could support more if necessary for interoperability with other tools.) WADM makes it clear how to s…

Thanks - the Paginated mode issue and the issue with viewing that Archive.org EPUB will both be fixed in the next beta.
-
But I recommend you try using the software Calibre, which stores highlights and other notes from EPUB files in a central library (I guess). Additionally, it also saves a copy of these highlights in the "metadata.opf" file located in the same directo…

Cmd-Plus/Cmd-Minus do change the size of the body text in that file on my machine (similar setup to yours). I see some headings with hardcoded sizes that don't change - is that what you're referring to? (There was an issue with format detection in …

@aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa: Could you please send the EPUB(s) in which you notice that issue to support@zotero.org? Include a link to this thread. We'll take a look.

Could you email the EPUB you're seeing this issue in to support@zotero.org?

Try Alt (Option on a Mac) + Up/Down. That scrolls one full page without getting out of sync, regardless of zoom level.
-
Pushed a fix - should be in the next beta. Thanks so much for the report.
-
@moosavy: I don't think it's currently possible to set the default, but that would be convenient. I've opened an issue.
-
@mjthoraval: Thanks, I've created an issue for that error. We'll look into it. @samvimes: Good point. We don't have any way to concatenate PDFs from a translator, but I agree that you don't normally expect to have 30 PDFs attached when you save a s…

Thanks, we'll take a look!

The reader attempts to set its font on normal body paragraphs in the book; it shouldn't be overriding the font used for specific elements like monospace code blocks. Could you email a copy of the EPUB where you're seeing this issue to support@zotero…
-
Thanks, that was an oversight. We'll add support for Alt-Left/Alt-Right and the mouse navigation buttons. (I don't believe that the latter are current supported in PDFs, either.)
-
As a first step, try paginated view (View menu -> Paginated) if you aren't already using it. That will generally be much faster for large EPUBs. (Switching might take a while; subsequent opens will be faster.) If you continue to have issues with…

Thanks, we've just pushed a fix for this issue. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences.
-
OK, this will be fixed in the next beta.
-
Thanks, this looks like it should be fixable. Could you post the URL of the page that the snapshot is from?
-
Thanks - looking into this.
-
You're going to need to be more specific. Which command?
-
In the note editor, right-click the text and choose "Right to Left". Text direction can be set per paragraph.
-
OK, thanks. A fix will be in the next beta.

@volatile-static: Could you please email the EPUB to support@zotero.org?

You may already be aware, but the Zotero 7 Beta includes full support for RTL text in the item list with correct cropping behavior, as well as fixes for many layout bugs when Zotero itself is set to a right-to-left language.
-
We'd like to support inking / text annotations on snapshots, but they pose issues - mostly, webpages are inherently reflowable, so if you e.g. draw a circle around a line of text and then that line of text breaks into two lines on a smaller screen, …

OK, a fix for this will be in the next beta. Thanks so much for letting us know about the issue.
-
Thanks! Looking into it.

Sorry, not sure I'm understanding what you mean by that. If you're trying to search for child notes, you can use the Child Note condition, "contains" as the operator, and leave the right field blank.
