I'm not having any issue selecting or copying text in the snapshot you sent. If you're using any plugins, try Troubleshooting Mode (Help -> Restart in Troubleshooting Mode...). If that fixes it, you'll need to identify which plugin is causing th…

This isn’t currently possible, no.

Could you submit a Debug ID for loading https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/search/searchresult.jsp?queryText=wireless and trying to save? Make sure to wait a bit before clicking Save to Zotero - detection can take a second on pages that load results dynami…

You'd use a Book Section item.
-
@lauralipke: Or upload the citation file somewhere and link to it, as I mentioned above.
-
That search relies on your account's saved history. Can you link to an individual item that fails to import?
-
Please link to the webpage that you're downloading the PubMed citation from. (If it isn't publicly accessible, then upload the contents of the file somewhere like Pastebin and post a link.)
-
In your post you said @mastersthesis, which is a valid BibTeX type. But in your subsequent comment, you said @masterthesis, which is not valid. If EBSCO is exporting @masterthesis, it might be worth contacting their support to tell them that they're…

That Report ID isn't from Troubleshooting Mode. Could you submit another that is?
-
@fruitbat: Pushed a fix. Thanks for reporting. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within a few minutes, or you can update translators manually from the Advanced pane of the Zotero settings. I don't know much about legal citations, and I had t…

Colon-separated "Key: Value" lines in Extra will populate the corresponding Zotero fields. No way to turn that behavior off. If you want to prevent it, use a different format (like "[Key]: Value") or use keys that aren't Zotero field names.
-
@DonnaCoxBaker: Fixed. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within a few minutes, or you can update translators manually from the Advanced pane of the Zotero settings.

Some discussion here: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/99643/separate-fields-for-title-and-subtitle

You'll need to identify the plugin causing the issue and report it to the developer.
-
Thanks. We can't get PDFs anymore, unfortunately. Newspapers.com now uses the image (which we were already downloading) to build a PDF in your browser. I've removed the PDF attachment so it won't show an error every time. Your Zotero Connector shoul…

Thanks, looking into this.
-
Yeah, I can reproduce. (In the future, though, please include an example URL when reporting translator issues.) We'll work on a fix.
-
(Sorry, meant to update this thread.)
-
Yes, this is fixed.
-
Thanks! This is really interesting, and we should be able to support it. I'm glad to see that they're staying compatible with existing WADM selector types.
-
You'll need to be more specific. What are the exact steps you're performing? What field are you editing, how do you switch items, and what happens once you do?
-
Yes, it should fix that too.
-
Can you post some screenshots of what you mean? (Feel free to write in your native language if that's easier.)
-
Yeah, it's DSpace, but DSpace is way too diverse to write a single translator for all sites powered by it. The only structured metadata I'm seeing on that site in particular is Datacite XML, which we unfortunately don't have a translator for. (JSON,…
-
I wish we could use that metadata, but it isn't present on the main page, only on /full, and even there, it's just in a human-readable table with no machine-readable semantic markup. I'm not really sure what the point of having it is.
-
@grahamperrin: This will be fixed in the next beta.

The Zotero "playlist" model where one item can be in any number of collections already confuses new users, and I think a "Move" option would just confuse people more. You can already use Add to Collection and then press Delete, Enter to remove it fr…

Thanks, we'll fix this.

You can still right-click an attachment and choose Rename File from Parent Metadata. Note that that won't change the title of the attachment in Zotero, which is different from the filename. If you want to set the filename to a custom value, you can…
-
It isn't possible to remove the Title column, so this must be something a plugin did. If it happens again, you'll have to narrow down which plugin is responsible and report the issue to its developer. To get Title back, open your Zotero profile dir…
