To pick up on this thread again, now that our library has changed over to Primo 3, we have similar issues with the zotero translator-- the icons show up in the "ARTICLES" tab, but do not work there. Another problem we are having is that in the …

Thanks for your replies.

Thanks for letting me know.

A library patron is having this exact same issue right now. He logged into the Zotero web site with the same username/pswd that he used in the preferences window and got onto the zotero web site no problem. He retyped his password. He restar…

OK, thanks for your replies.

OK, great! Thanks for helping me understand.

One more question then -- so why are these item types save-able via zotero in Amazon or library catalogs?
-
Wow that's good to know. Thanks for explaining this mystery to me!

Thanks Dan, I disabled the Yahoo toolbar and now things are showing up. I was also doing an online training and closed that out, so maybe that had something to do with it. Erin

Thanks Adam! That worked. I had put the code in the wrong place. Appreciate your help with this. Erin

thanks for the tip. I tried doing what you said with the MLA style but it didn't work. I certainly could have done something wrong, though.

That would be great as currently we have two catalog interfaces and zotero only works with single item view of ONE of the two catalogs. Yikes! We have a lot of zotero users here too. thanks.

OK, I unchecked auto sync and restarted FF. Then I clicked the sync arrow. So it's spinning again.

Well I just tried the export to endnote option again and it worked. It did not work on Saturday when I last tried. I'm not sure why that happened but I'm glad it's working.

Hi I just now tried to export items (using the "export to Endnote/procite, etc" option" from Ebscohost Psycinfo database. It did not work and I got the "known translator issues" message popup. Just FYI.

I had a further question about this comment made above: "Copying the Firefox data directory will capture the metadata and attachments in a group library." Is this true for all group libraries you may belong to, or simply for the group librari…

this is happening to me too on a mac osX 10.5.8 with zotero 2.0.3 Does anyone know what's going on?
-
Is anyone working on fixing the SIRSI translator? I mentioned in a posting that our library catalog is not working properly with zotero either. thanks.

Thanks Dan for the quick reply.

Thanks Trevor!
