Hi Dan, no that variable doesn't exist. I'm having the same problem again after doing a fresh Zotero install (1.0.3) on a different computer. It worked all day today, but now suddenly it crashes OO.o whenever I try to use it. The problem seem…

I was excited to get the plugin working again under 1.0.2, but once again it's ceased to work for me after upgrading to 1.0.3. This time I actually get a JavaScript error in Firefox: [JavaScript Error: "[Exception... "'Command "openZotero" not fou…

Thanks for responding. I've sent you a stripped down version of the article I was working on when I noticed this. I subsequently (sort of) got it working again by deleting the bibliography, changing the preferences to "ReferenceMarks" and then add…

This worked for me, although I had to jump through a few hoops before I could use OOo/Zotero without completely freezing my desktop (I'm using Ubuntu). Removing everything from ~/.openoffice.org2/user/uno_packages/cache didn't solve the problem, so …

Same problem here (I had the same problem last week with the unstable version of 1.02 and downgraded to 1.01 stable). Here is the behavior I am now experiencing: I can add an empty bibliography, then open the "insert citation" dialog to select the …

Ok, after uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times, I've finally gotten the stable versions of Zotero and the OOo plugin working. I never managed to get the current dev versions working. I'm not sure what was different about the last time unin…

Thanks for the tip, bdarcus. This is very strange. Now I get exactly the same behavior whether I use the stable or development xpi of Zotero, whether I use the stable or development OOo plugin (the one you linked to), and whether I use the officia…

I have been having what appears to be the same problem as well, both with the Ubuntu Gutsy version of 2.3 and with the official OO.o build (2.3.1, deb packages). It appears to crash OO.o, but it actually freezes it for around two minutes, then give…

Thanks subconscious! I had the same problem in Oo.o then realized it was simply a matter of enabling the main part of the extension (all the subextensions are enabled, but not the top-level Zotero extension). It might make sense either to have it …

I agree that this is a must-have feature, as I cite (and therefore manually correct) a lot of unpublished or undated things. Another thing I use a lot that Zotero doesn't seem to support is putting the original date of a republished work in bracket…

Just to add my 2 cents to the wishlist, I'm an anthropologist and would therefore be interested in seeing the style used by the journals of the American Anthropological Association. (I may be able to do it myself if I can find the time to figure ou…

I having the same problem--some of my snapshotted pages are clearly being full-text searched when I do quick search, but some are not. I haven't seen any pattern reflecting the difference between snapshots that are searched and ones that are not.

Thanks!

I mean the files are neither listed as snapshots in Zotero nor as files in storage/*.
-
For the sake of users not all that familiar with keyboard shortcuts, it might be a good idea to associate the "View Snapshot" button and an html entry itself with a context menu with the options "Open in New Tab" and "Open in New Window."

I agree--I have a lot of titles with italics in them. It would be nice to apply the same rich-text or wiki-style markup that is being planned for use in notes to titles as well.
-
While we're on the topic of markup/rich text and notes, I think it would be nice if the notes had some of Tomboy's features, including internal/external links, incremental search on a page internally (with the same incremental search bar used in sea…

I think the ideal would be to do what the major blog programs/CMSs today do, which is to allow the option of working in either rich text or markup. That way if I want to cut-and-paste from a wysiwyg editor, the formatting is not lost. I would …
