• Either restarting computer or closing then reopening Firefox resolved the problem. I should of though of trying it. Sorry to bother you.

• I do see the left pane with the super collection "Ma bibliothèque" in it (I'm working in France) and a "flèche" or arrow symbol. Clicking on the symbol doesn't toggle open collections however.
