Since the citations are all missing, I don't think there's an errant citation and have not tried this, a truly absurd request in a document hundreds of pages long: "Isolate the problematic citations. In the copy of your document, delete half of the…

I have a similar error when I try to add a citation or a bibliography. To circumvent the problem with adding a citation, I add an end note and then add the citation in the note. Otherwise, it won't work. I haven't found a work around for the bibliog…

Rintze-- Thank you so much for your reply! 1. I did post a style request, but I've never had a style request of mine fulfilled 2. I did not know I could pay someone! That's a great idea, but unfortunately my timeline is so close that I don't think…

Ok, thank you. Sounds like I should just do my footnotes by hand as 3 people in my family really tried to modify the style ourselves and couldn't do it.

Ok, thanks! I verbally described them in my second comment and edited my first post by putting slashes (//) around italicized portions. Is there any chance of a volunteer creating this style or do you think I should just do my references by hand?

I just realized that the copy and pasted instructions in my original post also deleted all the italicization. I'm not sure how to supply the instructions, which are in PDF format, in these comments, which delete the relevant information I'm trying …

Whoops, sorry! 2 things. The comments do not allow me to italicize. Also, these are full footnotes. There is no in line citation or bibliography. J.L. Campbell & O.K. Pedersen. The varieties of capitalism and hybrid success. Comparative Politi…

Thank you. Those two instructions worked, but I wasn't able to do anything else because the visual editor instructions are only for 2 or 3 things and my comp sci brother in law couldn't even figure out how to move the date or get rid of parentheses.…

Yes, though at this point I need the Bioethics style and not Journal of Value Inquiry. I will take any advice you can give me. Is there nobody who creates Zotero styles for badly needed journals? I am, after all, paying for this service. What do peo…

The idea that you could use the visual editor without having a degree in coding is a joke. Even my husband, who really is a coder, could not figure out how to a) get rid of inline citations in favor of footnotes or b) add a period to an author's ini…

Such a shame given the journal's ranking in philosophy. Is there any chance of it being fixed? In the meantime, I'll be sending my article in with Chicago. However, it makes me realize that Zotero is not a longterm solution for me. Unless you're a c…

Thank you! Unfortunately, those instructions far exceed my computer abilities. In addition, they don't include instructions to fix the journal's particular style, such as using "at" for page numbers, "in" for edited volumes, and flipping the first a…

I didn't know you could edit styles! Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with html and the instructions don't address the problem I'm having.

Thank you! I can insert the bibliography, but that violates their citation style. They want the full bibliographic information given in the footnote. Here are their instructions: All references should be made in notes that appear as endnotes in a…

No, that one does not look close to me. In addition, if a citation style is off even a little bit, it is still unusable. I'd have to manually enter or revise each citation. So frustrating! Thanks though! Is there anyway for me to enter the citation …
