  • Document preferences do not open, it jumps directly to the general Zotero window. It is a very long document and I did hit refresh two days ago. Does that help?

  • It just says CITATION in brackets and jumps to the regular Zoteron window, where you can add new books, but it does not open that other Zotero page where you can add page numbers and such for a citation. I have no idea what happened.
