Yes - it does reliably fail, curiously. The titles of the items don't show up in the Saving to Zotero pop-up. (I just tried it again.) Any advice would be appreciated.

Adam, thanks I figured it out. Out of curiosity, why would it be a problem to implement Word shortcuts? That would be an easy solution (from this user's perspective)
