Right, so that's not an active citation, likely due to you or someone else saving the document in the wrong format at some point. See Existing Citations Not Detected. The actual ASB citation would be an active citation somewhere else in the documen…

For problems with a plugin, you'll need to contact the plugin developer. If you can reproduce a problem in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), please provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing it.

When I open Zotero 7 in troubleshooting mode it is faster. Does this mean the issues lie on the plugins? Yes, most likely. (And Troubleshooting Mode actually reduces PDF performance, so a better test would be disabling all plugins manually and resta…

You're saying a plugin that's installed doesn't show up in Tools → Plugins? Can you provide a Report ID and a screenshot of that window (the latter either here or in an email to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread). But for problems with …
-
@Fontanapink: Same questions. Zotero 7 should generally be much faster than Zotero 6.

I mean, if you follow the instructions to rename zotero.sqlite and then run sqlite3 zotero.sqlite < dump.sql, you'll either end up with a zotero.sqlite file or not, and if a file is created it will be structurally valid (even if the data may stil…

Your code doesn't have anything to do with MV3. The point is that you need to write an actual Zotero translator, looking at our documentation and examples from official Zotero translators. You just wrote some random JavaScript and expected it to wor…

If you're having trouble in Zotero, start by disabling all third-party plugins. If you still have the problem, can you provide some screenshots that show what you're referring to?
-
Not totally clear what you mean, but if you're talking about file syncing, see Files Not Syncing. If you mean something else, you'll need to say more.
-
Because you were taking advantage of a fluke of one particular environment where translators ran and ignoring all documentation and all examples of how to make HTTP requests. You didn't write an actual Zotero translator — you wrote some invalid code…
-
Yes, we know what XHR is. It's never been supported in Zotero translators. Look for await request in other translators for examples of how to make HTTP requests.
-
See above.
-
@yaolimumu: But this is totally wrong — you can't use XHR directly in a Zotero translator. You should use the Translator Editor in Zotero to create and test your translator, and you should follow the translator documentation and other translators t…

Are you saying the problem is resolved, or do you still need help?

I received this Report ID 1726493487, and it suggested posting on the forum. I believe it is related to data synchronising. This showed when I was doing data syn. @redolfi: Oh, you started a separate thread. Note that the instructions say to post t…

That thread isn't likely to be relevant. You should reset that setting if you changed it. Are you only seeing this with a specific PDF? If so, can you send the PDF to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?
-
You can likely ignore that — that's just a cache table for translators. If it starts up with the repaired database, you can reset translators from the Advanced → Files and Folders section of the Zotero settings.
-
This is not the way to get help here — you're wasting your time and ours. If you're having trouble writing in English, please write in your native language. So far you haven't even asked a question about Zotero — you've just posted some JavaScript …

You haven’t followed the steps in full, or you would be providing more information.
-
Again, we need an example URL where you’re having trouble.
-
See Changes Not Syncing.

If you’re having trouble with something, please just report it in a new thread so we can investigate. Don’t hijack an unrelated thread with a question about downgrading. What’s an example URL where you’re having trouble?
-
We always need an example URL for problems with saving.

1.0.21 iPhone OS 15.0 (19A346) You're running a very old version of the app and of iOS. You should update both of those and figure out why haven't been receiving updates.

Can you provide another Debug ID for pulling down on the items list to trigger a sync?
-
If you place your cursor within the [2] and click Add/Edit Citation, what citation shows up in the dialog?
-
The 8-character folder name is the attachment key. You can paste that into the Zotero search bar in All Fields & Tags mode in the root of your libraries (or their respective trash bins).
-
@susong: One of your groups doesn't allow file editing.
-
Can you provide a Report ID to start? Can you reproduce this with all plugins disabled? I don't know what you mean by "the previous solution".
-
That message means exactly what it says. These are the instructions it links to: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/moving_documents_between_word_processors If there's something you don't understand, you'd have to be more specific.
