Can you say more? (Also, please use more a more specific thread title when posting here.) If you're talking about the Zotero Connector prompting to import RIS/BibTeX into Zotero, see here (ignoring the part about Brave): https://forums.zotero.org/…

You'll need to follow those steps and provide the requested info if you're still having trouble.

The location of the data directory has nothing to do with linked files. That's a separate setting.

This is fixed in beta 87.

@mjthoraval: Should be fixed in beta 87

@panyuz, @gustms: Try beta 87.

If it it works in a new, empty document, see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents for your existing document.

Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins, and if that fixes it, find the plugin that's responsible.
-
For problems with a plugin, you'll need to contact the plugin developer.

Not sure where you're reading that, but on macOS it's Settings (or Preferences in older macOS versions) under the application menu ("Zotero"), like every other Mac app.
-
Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”)?
-
You can't within the app. It's possible you could install a custom CA system-wide (maybe your iPhone is configured that way), but that's not something we can help with.

The certificate for this server is invalid. You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be “[…].local” which could put your confidential information at risk.

@poettli: I think that's unrelated — I suspect that's a bug when using Wayland. All new windows are currently popping up in the top-left corner under Wayland.

OK, if you have your items locally — in the trash or otherwise — you should do Replace Online Library for that library (and only that library).

Does this new feature have the same function of pressing the Ctrl, Option, or Alt key in Zotero 6 but with improved interface? You can decide whether it's improved for you, but it's certainly more discoverable. If yes, is it correct to assume that t…

We've fixed this in the Zotero 7 beta. It likely happens when 1) Zotero is busy (starting up, syncing, etc.) and 2) you create an annotation and then make additional changes in quick succession (e.g., start an ink annotation and then add some additi…

Just to note, we fixed this a while back, so this should be fixed in current builds.

@OsmanHB: Not sure what you mean. Can you provide a screenshot of what you’re referring to?
-
Can you provide a Debug ID for trying to verify the server?
-
@marioscg: It's not "still" full — all the new slots have been taken.

You're getting blocked by WorldCat. If you've added a bunch of ISBNs recently that required WorldCat, that's probably the reason. That ISBN works for me. As a temporary workaround, you can save from the WorldCat page.

Resetting translators doesn't have anything to do with your attachment files. If you're missing files, either they were deleted outside of Zotero or you just added them on another computer and they haven't synced. You're at your file-storage quota, …
