See Files Not Syncing. You have to sync the computer where the files actually exist now that you've upgraded storage. You still only have 300 MB of files online.

Yes, "creator" means author, editor, etc. These names are almost always incorrect, so if you saved these items from the web, we'd want to know the URL so we can fix it to not save these.
