@ckprice, @dspeld: This is already fixed for the next version.

See Changes Not Syncing.

@Valentina_33: Same answer.

Beta is here: https://www.zotero.org/support/beta_builds#zotero_for_ios_beta But the first question is just whether you're using Digest authentication.
-
You have plugins enabled. You'll want to make sure you can reproduce this with all plugins disabled. 50 GB would be a memory leak, not memory usage.
-
You installed plugins that add buttons to the toolbar, and then you shrank the item pane such that there's no space for the search bar. The minimum width of the pane doesn't account for third-party buttons, since we don't have anything to do with th…

Can you provide a Debug ID for reproducing this?
-
cuando inicie la sincronización me sale lo siguiente: I'm not sure what you mean by that. Those are advanced resetting options — you would only see those if clicked the "Show Reset Options…" ("Mostrar opciones de reinicio…") button in the Sync setti…

Added — thanks.

All data in your library was deleted, yes. There are two main ways you might have done that: 1) You manually deleted all data in the library and emptied the trash. 2) You had an empty local library and for some reason used Replace Online Library f…

1) Make sure you're testing in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. 2) Provide a Debug ID for a search that takes up lots of memory.

Snapshots are just single-file HTML files. No different from any other stored file. See Files Not Syncing.
-
I gather this is because I or another person has not synced their database when more than one machine accesses the same database. No, nothing like that. (I would recommend against trying to interpret error messages from logs. Those are for develope…

@jinchaolove: Yes.

(Please start new threads for new issues. I've moved this to a new thread.) You'll need to say what you were doing when this happened and whether you can reproduce it.
-
Though there are a couple things odd in your description, if this is just a deleted collection: 1) Creating a subcollection would by default trigger an auto-sync that would pull down the deletion, but Zotero should also auto-sync at startup, so the…
-
That likely just means the collection was deleted — either by you or someone with access to your library (e.g., on a shared computer you left logged in) — and you didn't fully follow the steps for restoring from an automatic backup, which explain th…

I'm not sure what you mean here. We'll need you to say exactly what you're trying and exactly what's happening on your screen. See Reporting Problems for more.

This is already fixed for the next version. Thanks.

See the linked page.

@SunDial: No, don't export. As of Zotero 7.0.8, you can do this by adding items to a collection in the current library (right-click → Add to Collection) and then using the new Copy To function in the collection context menu to copy the collection an…

(Please start new threads for new issues — the thread you posted to isn't related. I've moved this to a new thread.) This wouldn't have anything to do with Zotero 7 specifically. It just means your database was already corrupted: https://www.zoter…

Right, so update to 7.0.8.
-
First, make sure you're running Zotero 7.0.8. The latest version fixed some related issues in Stacked mode. Also make sure that this happens in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins.…

WebDAV only applies to file syncing. You have to set up data syncing first. https://www.zotero.org/support/preferences/sync
-
Fixed in the latest beta
-
You'll need to say what the actual problem is that you're experiencing, but note that the Zotero Connector needs access to site data on all sites to work properly. https://www.zotero.org/support/privacy#zotero_connector
-
You or someone else with access to your library (e.g., on a shared computer) deleted lots of items and several collections earlier today. You should be able to restore the items from one of the automatic backups Zotero makes.
-
"these are NOT duplicates" isn't a current feature in Zotero, so I'm not sure what you're referring to there. If you're using some plugin, that wouldn't apply to others without the plugin.
-
For problems with a plugin, you'll need to contact the plugin developer.
