See Locating Missing Zotero Data for what to look for and what info we'd need to help.

I'm not sure what you mean here. That text doesn't look blurry. It's not high-resolution text, so if you're on a high-res display, it might look low-res. Is that what you mean? Are you saying that changed? Do you see this if you disable all plugins…

See Restoring Your Zotero Data From a Backup and Overwriting Synced Changes.

I got a reboot I'm not sure what you mean by this? Do you mean that your computer was wiped and you no longer have your previous Zotero data directory? Needless to say, you should never wipe your computer without a full backup of the disk, which is …

Currently you can select an existing annotation of any type even when an annotation tool is locked on, so this doesn't work automatically. We can consider whether that actually makes sense, but you can hold Alt/Option to select text that's already h…

@Larson99: We're working with Microsoft to make a plugin for Word for iOS possible, but at the moment all you can do is copy citations and bibliographies from the app or use the desktop app.
-
Update to a current version of Zotero. You're using the first 7.0 release from months ago, and this has been fixed.
-
That's exactly right.
-
@gbanaggia: This thread is from 2022. You've been able to filter annotations by annotation author since September 2022.

If you're getting "Request timed out", that would just be a problem with your internet connection.
-
There's no other answer here — you were trying with the wrong password. You can reset your password and try again.
-
For problems with a plugin, you'll need to contact the plugin developer.

Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing the sync error in Troubleshooting Mode?
-
Even though I was making sure the correct citation style was chosen on Zotero, you also have to change it in Word in the Zotero tab > Document Preferences. There's no "also" there. The Document Preferences window is where you choose the style for…

We're asking you to follow the instructions at the following link (provided twice above) and provide a Debug ID: https://www.zotero.org/support/debug_output#zotero_for_ios

Oh, I guess if you have a Mac without a notch, the menu bar and the title bar both slide down from the top, and your cursor would end up on top of the menu bar. But you still should have to move the cursor to the top of the screen to trigger that — …

Hope this helps to understand what is going on. I mean, it doesn't… We needed a Debug ID to have any idea what the problem was or to fix it for others.
-
Can you provide another Debug ID?
-
@shiyu3000: Thanks — we fixed this a couple days ago.
-
No, we fixed it the other day. Your Zotero should have auto-updated. You can also try updating translators manually from the Advanced pane of the Zotero settings and then reloading the page in your browser.

OK, so you're talking about full-screen mode. First, note that you can switch between apps instantaneously with Cmd-Tab, like Alt-Tab on Windows (but more powerful). I promise you you don't need to use full-screen mode to work efficiently on a Mac.…

Anthony: We've fixed this in the latest iOS app beta, and the fix will be in 1.0.44 soon. (There were some newline characters in the .prop files that we don't store there — probably from a third-party app you used previously — and they were tripping…

I'm not really sure what you mean here. You're talking about the main Mac menu bar, with "File", "Edit", "View", etc.? If so, I'm not sure what to tell you. The tabs are a pretty large click target — much larger than, say, a link on a webpage. And …
-
This should be fixed in the latest beta.
-
It was fixed in Zotero 7.0.9 at the end of October.
-
It's just "Publisher". You can hover over the field names for the alternative names.
-
Same answer.
-
How are you exporting? If you're using Better BibTeX, you'll need to ask the plugin developer.
-
If you can reproduce this, we'd want a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing it.
