Again, this isn't memory — it's disk space. And it's almost certainly not real. (Do you even have enough disk space on your computer that Zotero could be using 450 GB?) But yes, you should uninstall and reinstall.
-
Check the folder size in File Explorer, as I say. I'm afraid we can't provide general OS guidance, so you'll mostly need to debug this yourself. I don't know what Windows uses to calculate the number in that control panel. All I can suggest is to c…

See above.
-
Or I guess you installed it without admin privileges into AppData\Local\Zotero, so you should check that one.
-
As I say, you should go to C:\Program Files in File Explorer and look at the cumulative size of the "Zotero" folder.
-
This doesn't have anything to do with your data directory. Windows doesn't know about that. It's about the Zotero program files.
-
If you go to C:\Program Files in File Explorer, how big is the Zotero folder?
-
That item isn't retracted. It has an Expression of Concern, which we don't currently display. (It also doesn't appear in the Retraction Watch database at all, even for the EoC, so we wouldn't be able to flag it regardless.)
-
That's not a feed URL — it's a third-party webpage with further links. There's an actual feed URL on there that works fine.
-
@Simonbie: Note that you can also click on the preview once and then use left/right arrow keys to move through the pages (including holding them down to effectively scroll).
-
@ryantkoehler: Can you share screenshots (either here or in an email to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread) of the things you're looking at?
-
What is that top window from? That can't be memory. It might be disk space, but if so, something has gone very, very wrong.
-
You delete attachments from the items list the same way as regular items — by selecting the item and either pressing Delete on the keyboard or right-clicking and choosing "Move Item to Trash…". If you're not seeing that, provide a screenshot of what…

We'd need to see a Debug ID to say more, but if you're adding large numbers of ISBNs via that function, you might just be getting blocked by WorldCat, one of the sources we use for ISBN metadata. They have fairly strict anti-bot protections. If thi…

Doesn't look like it's an open public group (and in that case there wouldn't be files saved to the library at all — it wouldn't be a sync issue). @CLeeHRB, see Files Not Syncing for what we'd need to say more.
-
You're misunderstanding this. That page isn't about some unfixed error — it's a permanent documentation page about a normal situation that can occur anytime you're running different versions that span data-model changes. If you're getting this err…

I have synced my data and tried to fix it by clicking the option to re-sync but zotero just quits when I try that. What do you mean by that, exactly? What exactly are you doing? While syncing is fine as long as all your data is online, note that yo…

If all settings are getting reset, something (file permissions, security software, etc.) is preventing Zotero from saving to the prefs.js file in its profile folder.
-
@dafnani: You have to unlink your other account first.
-
We added support for customizing columns in the advanced search window in Zotero 7. Right-click on the column header, the same as in the main window.
-
Set up syncing with this second account from the Sync settings in both apps.
-
In any case, I'd guess it's https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/incomplete_cert_chain#technical_detailsmissing_intermediate_certificate and your server isn't properly sending intermediate certificates.
-
The server appears not to be properly sending intermediate certificates: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/incomplete_cert_chain#technical_detailsmissing_intermediate_certificate (The SSL Labs test won't run on a non-443 server, but if it did it w…

If you were syncing, it was with a different account from the one you're posting from.
-
Fixed — thanks.
-
Can you view the certificate info in your browser and send us screenshots that show the certificate chain at support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?
-
For problems with a plugin, you'll need to contact the plugin developer.
-
I'm asking you to paste the full URL into your Android browser and tell us whether you get a certificate error.
-
I'm not sure what you mean by "My reference page is so long" — that dialog is about citations, and it should show the original and modified versions of a single citation. Pressing space bar should select No in that dialog and revert the citation, w…
