@JonStevenson: Not currently, but it's planned.
-
And what is that meant to show? That's from the middle of an ongoing sync. You should also disable all plugins before testing or providing a Debug ID.
-
Could you close Zotero, run this from Terminal, and let us know the output? echo "SELECT COUNT(*) FROM items JOIN libraries USING (libraryID) WHERE type!='feed'; SELECT COUNT(*) FROM items JOIN libraries USING (libraryID) WHERE type='feed';" | sqli…

I'm not sure what "dstillman's email" means. (To be clear, forum notifications come from a do-not-reply address.) Can you send again to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread? If it's large, the email would be bouncing and you'd need to uploa…

That's from Zotero. We need one from the Zotero Connector.

From later in that thread: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/466138/#Comment_466138

@Calorion: Nothing has changed here. This isn't yet available.
-
@SalehDeldar: It's mainly just what Adomas says at the beginning — choosing the wrong Google account when prompted. You have to choose the account that you used to create the document (not anything related to your Zotero account). If you're sure it…

Choose a numeric citation style like IEEE/Nature/Vancouver.

(And nothing related to My Publications has changed in Zotero 7.)

No way to avoid that currently, but we can think about making that configurable.
-
Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through the initial auto-sync (including any freeze, assuming it eventually resolves), using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
-
Yes, it is: Files above 4 GB are not currently supported You'll need to remove the very large files and empty the trash. You can add them back as linked files if you want, but they won't sync at this time.
-
https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/transferring_a_library As noted there, you should not use export (Zotero RDF) for this.
-
OK, this is getting ridiculous. Two people here have spent a significant amount of time trying to help you, and you're just being defensive, belligerent, and rude. telling someone "the way you're framing the question isn't the right way to think abo…

(Please don't create duplicate threads for the same issue. It just makes it harder to help you. I've merged your latest post back into your original thread.) I'm not sure what that last Debug ID is meant to show? That shows Zotero startup and the i…

Yes, you should delete the AHISXXQC folder, delete the attachment item (or parent item), and empty the trash. And then you should see if you can reproduce this.
-
(Or if you can reproduce this from the same source)
-
The "pdf" file is a PDF. You can make ".pdf" the file extension to see what file it is. Anyway, if you have any recollection of how you added that to Zotero, let us know.
-
Just to be clear, you sent a ZIP of a folder named "_" and a PDF named "pdf" within it. You're saying the "_" folder was within the AHISXXQC folder?
-
Right, so if there's a folder within the AHISXXQC folder, that's the problem. Do you know how that got there? That should never happen in normal usage. Can you ZIP the entire AHISXXQC folder and email it to us at support@zotero.org?
-
I'm telling you what the problem is. As I said, if you could run the test, that's what it would say.
-
You need to describe the issue you're reporting.
-
See Files Not Syncing, which explains how to determine which device is actually relevant and what exactly we need a Debug ID for.

What word processor?
-
That shouldn't happen, but most likely you just have two entries, not two copies of Zotero. You can always uninstall both and reinstall from the download page. Your data won't be affected.
-
Oh, I guess you mean that you weren't actually emptying the right trash? OK, that would explain continuing to get the error. Still, likely a more general problem.
-
I've even deleted the file from the library and emptied the trash--both on the desktop client and on the web--and the files still seem to repopulate. Well that wouldn't be the case, certainly. If you delete the attachment item with that key, and cer…
