As it says there, if you're having trouble, the easiest option is to just pick a specific reader from the menu in the Zotero settings. This isn't something we can help debug on Linux — too many things can influence file handling.

You didn't provide the requested info from Files Not Syncing. We can't help without that. Make sure you're following the steps carefully and performing each step on the correct device.
