It looks like you have lots of items in the trash. If those are what you're looking for, you can just restore those from the trash. Otherwise, if you just did this, you may be able to restore from one of the automatic backups.

Are you sure about that? The crash is for an ink annotation. At least in the web library, that attachment only has one text annotation.
