That doesn't show any errors. Can you share a screenshot of what you see?
-
Right, you can ignore for now.
-
I linked to instructions above.

Can you disable all plugins and provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing the problem, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
-
We'd need to see an example PDF where it's not working for you.
-
That's not from Zotero startup. Again, you should use the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option.
-
Should be improved in the latest beta
-
Can you try the latest beta?
-
@FHeimburger: Can you try the latest beta?
-
@DongYB02: As we say, you should restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to figure out which plugin is causing it.

We don't have anything to do with WPS Office integration. You'd have to ask them.
-
If you're talking about a yellow "XML Parsing Error" message popping up briefly, that's a bug we haven't been able to reproduce, but it's harmless.
-
What's the error?
-
We're looking into this.
-
Sorry about that. Try now.

(To be clear, you can copy BibTeX to the clipboard with just Quick Copy, but if you're using a BibTeX-based workflow, you should install Better BibTeX and use its format.)

Please don't create duplicate threads for the same issue. It just makes it harder and more confusing for people to help you. We'll respond in your original thread: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/122597/attachments-not-syncing

Can you provide a Report ID? Can you reproduce this after restarting Zotero?
-
Can we see a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that produces the error?
-
Not sure why you made a new account? Errors would show up on the main Extensions page — there'd be an Errors button next to Details and Remove. You can see a screenshot in this section: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/extensions/get-started/tuto…

That’s not a Debug ID.
-
Also, for this specific example, we're going to be changing the behavior on pages with DOIs to always offer the current webpage at the top of the list. That's the real fix here.

Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for Zotero startup through this error, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option? (We only need the number, not a screenshot.) Also, is this an institutional computer?
-
Why did you purge files? To force it to reupload files, use Reset File Sync History from the Reset section of the Sync settings.
-
If you'd like an example where one has to enter a page manually, try saving to Zotero from the web for this page from Zotero's own website: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/item_types_and_fields. And this is exactly why we've always avoided adding …

This would've continued to recur, but it's fixed now in Zotero 7.0.14.
-
@QiDiamond, @shenpeixin: This is fixed now in Zotero 7.0.14.
-
@keepfinding: This fix is now available in Zotero 7.0.14.

This fix is now available in Zotero 7.0.14, so you can switch back to the release version from the download page if you don't want to stay on the beta.
