If you're using the Jasminum plugin, you need to update to the latest version to fix breakage it caused with saving. Otherwise, see Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero.

I'm not sure what you mean by "when I double-click the PDF, nothing happens". Double-click where? In any case, an attachment needs to be in your library to view it in the built-in reader. That's unlikely to change.

It's likely a problem with your internet connection. The metadata lookup request to doi.org is timing out after 30 seconds. I'm afraid that's all we can tell you.

Yes? There's no problem there. If there's some problem, you need to say what's wrong and provide a Report ID. We don't need screenshots of the preferences. See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need.

It looks like you've been syncing, so you should simply need to reinstall Zotero and set up syncing again.

If you're using Zotero 7, you can just restore the collection from the trash. If you're still on Zotero 6, and you just did this, you may be able to restore from one of the automatic backups. Note the specific instructions for restoring collections…
