When you say that disabling the Zotero Connector's proxy redirection allows the site to load, you mean not going through the proxy? This error is from your proxy server, so that's not meaningful. You'd want to test manually logging into a site via t…

You'll need to say what the actual problem is that you're experiencing. See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need. If you're referring to a sync error, we'd want to see a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that trigge…

Also you should disable all plugins and restart Zotero before trying to reproduce.

Did you receive the error before submitting that? That just shows an active file sync.
-
Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that triggers this?
-
@k4713: We would need something reproducible — a specific set of steps after Zotero start, with specific files open, to trigger very high memory usage. I don't think we've never seen anywhere near 18 GB of memory usage without plugins being involved…

That's an HTTP 403 Forbidden error from your WebDAV server.

I don’t what you mean by “Nothing happens”. We can’t see your screen, so we really do need you to say more about what exactly you’re doing and what’s happening. And you still haven’t provided a Debug ID.

1) Make sure you're using the Zotero desktop app, not the website. 2) If you don't see Duplicate Items, right-click on My Library and choose Show Duplicates.

(Please start new threads for new issues — the thread you posted to isn't related. I've moved this to a new thread.) It's not clear what you mean here. See Reporting Problems for the two things we need to help. (Spanish is fine, but you'll need to …

Added, thanks.

That's not a Debug ID. The name of the translator from step 10, if applicable Unknown. Not sure what you mean by that. You have to tell us what it says when you hover over the save button. But make sure you've carefully tried everything else on the…

Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer (and al…

That PDF should be saved, though, and is for me. @hoquangvinh913, can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero for reloading the PDF and trying to save?

Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing this?

See Files Not Syncing. You're near your file storage quota, so most likely some files just haven't been uploaded from your PC.

What do you mean by that? What's the actual problem that you're experiencing? See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need.

What exactly do you mean by "hasn't been updated"? You have an active subscription. You've only synced 300 MB of files, though.
-
@SteffenHe: You should identify the plugin that's causing it and report it to the plugin developer (and tell us).

@SteffenHe: Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing? Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins?

It would be great when you click on the toggle button you pointed out, it would remain in its position rather than moving with the pane It now works this way in the latest Zotero 7.1 beta. (It required adding the toggle button in the library view to…

No, that's the library tab. Again, that has nothing to do with this. We're talking about the reader. 1) Open a PDF in a tab. 2) Click the toolbar button to open the sidebar on the right. 3) Click on the Notes button in the navigation bar on the r…

In the latest Zotero 7.1 beta, we've added a button to the top of the sidenav to toggle the item pane. In Stacked mode, the toggle button appears in the toolbar. (We didn't have it close the pane on a second click of the section icons because 1) th…
