@jgradwohl: Same answer — if you think you no longer have access to the email address in question, email support@zotero.org with details. You'll need to share the possible email addresses it might have been. Note, though, that an account isn't requ…

Ovid/Psycinfo generate invalid editor data in exported RIS, and have for years. See this comment for an explanation of why our options to fix it aren't great, and see the following comment for a link to code I've provided to correct the problem in b…

This should be fixed in Zotero Connector 5.0.166 for Firefox, available now. Thanks for reporting.

What app? You should be able to change the PDF reader back to Zotero from the General pane of the settings, though we've seen software recently that hijacks that.
-
If your primary concern is copying, note that you can always copy citations and bibliography entries for the selected items with a keyboard shortcut or drag using Quick Copy. https://www.zotero.org/support/creating_bibliographies#quick_copy

While it almost certainly won't affect this, you might as well delete the invalid style you have (routledge.csl). I know you tested without it, but can we see another startup Debug ID for a few minutes of this with ZotMoov disabled before the resta…

Check your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero settings. Does it pass? Beyond that, you should try restarting Zotero.

Can you say more?

https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/492224/#Comment_492224 As explained there, we rolled out a workaround a couple hours ago, and if you're still having trouble, we'd want to see a Debug ID.

@rbsalisbury: From the Zotero 7 announcement: At the top of the item pane, a new customizable header lets you choose what info to show: title, title/author/date, or even a bibliography entry in your chosen citation style. And you can copy it with ri…

Actually, it looks like there's a Scholaread Zotero plugin. I'm guessing that their app installs the plugin and it persists even if you uninstall the software, and that the plugin overrides this setting. If that's the case, uninstalling the Scholare…

We've just rolled out a workaround. Please let us know (and provide a Debug ID) if you're still having trouble.

Have you disabled all other browser extensions and reloaded Google Docs?
-
Are you getting the same dialog when you try to save from webpages?

You've tried what before, exactly? Your screenshot shows an empty active database. You need to replace it with the 11 MB one. If you think you've done that, show us a screenshot.

I assume you've tried restarting your computer? You can also try restarting Zotero in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If you run curl -v http://127.0.0.1:23119/connector/pin…

So no plugins, no tabs, and Zotero is using 25% CPU at startup when not in Troubleshooting Mode? Can you reproduce this with the Zotero 7.1 beta? If so, can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through a few minutes of CPU usage, using the "Re…

You (or someone with access to your account) deleted all the data in your library about 20 minutes ago. That would happen if, when you set up this computer, you used "Replace Online Library" from your empty local library by mistake — that would wip…

Yes, Scholaread hijacks this setting: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/491058/#Comment_491058 You could presumably reinstall Scholaread and change that setting, but I'm a bit confused (and was confused by that previous report), and it …

You'll need to say more.

You're at your file storage quota, so additional files aren't being uploaded. Zotero would be showing a warning icon about this in the Zotero toolbar on every sync from a computer where new files have been added. All the files in that library that …

(This is about the Android app? Be sure to include that in your thread title so your post is seen by the right people. I've updated your thread title.)

The zotero.sqlite.bak file there looks like it has your data (11.8 MB vs. 1.7 MB). Make backup copies of all those files elsewhere and then delete zotero.sqlite and rename zotero.sqlite.bak to zotero.sqlite.

I honestly don't know what you're talking about here. You started this thread by talking about saving to the app. I provided troubleshooting instructions for that that explain exactly how to debug it and how to provide more information if you're sti…

We always need an example URL for problems with saving. If you're having trouble saving across many sites, see Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero.

You'll need to say what the actual problem is that you're experiencing. See Reporting Problems for the two things we need in order to help you.
