I cannot import the epub into iOS Zotero or upload it as an attachment Can you say more? What exactly are you trying? Note that on Apple platforms an EPUB is sometimes just a folder rather than a ZIP containing files. You wouldn't be able to import…

How did you install Zotero?
-
That's not what annotations should look like. What version of the app do you have? https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u6/o72nf4qn2a3fxrj9cax2.jpg

You provided a Debug ID for data sync, not WebDAV verification. Are you having a problem with data syncing or with WebDAV verification? We'd have to see a Debug ID for the latter if that's the issue.
-
Can you provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that results in this message?
-
We'll take a look at a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that results in an error, but note that Zotero 6 is no longer supported.
-
You have to transfer the entire data directory, not just the 'storage' folder. https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/transferring_a_library
-
That's not related to WebDAV. Can you provide a Debug ID for a sync that results in an error?
-
You'll need to say what the actual problem is that you're experiencing. See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need.
-
The dialog certainly still works that way, so this is likely some sort of problem with your system configuration. If you can't figure out, you can switch to the Zotero 8 beta, which has a completely new citation dialog.
-
Can you send an EPUB where this happens to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread, along with exact steps to reproduce?
-
I’d guess that you’re just double-clicking an item by mistake rather than single-clicking, causing the dialog to go behind your other windows.

WebDAV files aren't accessible from the web library, since they're stored on your server.
-
That's not what that setting is for — you should clear that. This would happen if your proxy proxied links to Google Scholar. You should remove the GS domain from the host entries for your proxy.
-
Email support@zotero.org and we can undelete the original account. You'll need to delete this account first.
-
Does it give you a Report ID when it restarts? Can you check what version of the app you have installed? (Settings → Apps → Zotero → scroll down to bottom)
-
You'd have to say more. But I'm afraid there's no other answer. The plugin gets registered by macOS, not by us, and if it's not working, that's a macOS bug. Make sure you have the latest version of macOS, delete the app from Applications, restart y…

The underlying error is in the error report, but we have a ticket to show a clearer error in the UI for this.
-
It's in one of your group libraries (beginning with "Tu").
-
Again, we'd need to see a screenshot. The screenshot you provided shows unprocessed citations (with a dashed underline), which aren't expected to be in the final format.
-
Files above 4 GB are not currently supported You have a very large file in your library (most likely a video file) that's currently too big to sync. Paste HIEBTVY4 into the Zotero search bar in All Fields & Tags mode to see the attachment in que…

See Files Not Syncing. (There's no such thing as a "stalled server-side fie sync state".)

Can you provide a screenshot that shows the style you've set and a screenshot of the footnotes you're getting? Can you reproduce this in a new, empty document?

Settings are just from the Firefox prefs system, stored in prefs.js in the Zotero profile folder. But some are temporary/specific to the a given computer (e.g., window sizes and other state) and will change at every startup, so this isn't really som…

For problems with a plugin, you'll need to contact the plugin developer.
