• I've now tried MHRA which does date accessed - just what I want and it gets rid of the n.d. problem too. However, rather than create repeat citation with Ibid. it repeats authors last name - is there a way around this?

• Thank you. The tool bar is working fine. I think I have downloaded plugin via firefox browser, (usually use Safari) but the zotero icon menu is as before. This is word 11 and I have recently downloaded service pack 2.
