Searching on the forums says that the web interface is not meant to import bibtex. I have to do this on a local installation and then sync with the web library.

1. I have installed the BBT add-on. 2. In the extras section I added the following: PA: India NPA: Karnataka Theme: Project Tiger 3. I exported the document in better BibTex format. 4. The Fields that I put into Extras goes into notes: journal …

The question is how should my bibtex file look for getting the three fields into PA/NPA/Themes into the Extras field. Trying to reverse engineer, whatever I put into the extras field in the UI when exported in Bibtex go in as Notes. ============ …

Sorry, I am not able to understand. Just to give the context: A team had prepared a bibliography of about 3000 records in a spreadsheet and these have some 3 custom fields. We want to import these into Zotero and add 2000 more records. We were t…

Sorry and thanks. So, two questions please: 1. If we prepare the csv exactly in the exported csv format, can we import it into Zotero? 2. We actually need three custom fields. Is there a way in Zotero where you can add custom fields?

Export as CSV from desktop looks complete and good. Is there a corresponding CSV import?
-
Interesting... The web version does not have an export csv option. The desktop version seems to have one.
-
And where is the simple csv export? I see many asking if there is a JSON export of all the data. Is there something?

Thanks. I will try this out. But is there a method to import those custom tages that we have created?

All in one table. We had created over 5000 the references on aspread sheet in teh following format and now would like to use one of the systems... Here is one record transposed.... And we need the last three columns. Filename Aberlenc_et_al_2007_B…
