Yes, I know that I can edit the file myself. I have tested it and know that it works, (that is why I suggested a specific line for the added text). However, I have also got the impression that RIS is the closest one comes to a universal format for i…

That is fine, but could you then suggest a way to export book reviews in journals that include the reviewed author in the export file? So far that is not possible, and that is what I am looking for.
-
I have seen that Citavi exports the reviewedAuthor to A3 when exporting to RIS. Would that be a solution that could be added in Zotero as well by adding the following as a new line 251: "creators/reviewedAuthor":["journalArticle"], in RIS.js? This w…

It is for exporting to another reference manager (NotaBene/Ibidem) where the only common import/export format is RIS. To be able to export a reference that is as complete as possible would hence be preferable.

It is in my library.

I have tried your solution both earlier and now again, but the tag is not removed from the Web Library. I can change the name of the tag in my desktop program and it is reflected in the Web Library. I can also change the color of the tag in my desk…

It has disappeared from my desktop program and I have forced a sync several times, but it does not disappear in the Web library even after refreshing the page, but the name of the tag is displayed in light grey.

I also tested with the bibtex.xsl file and it did not show up for me either. Then I found another custom bibliography file for Word from here: https://github.com/codingo/BibWord/tree/master/styles (HarvardLeeds.xsl) that I downloaded and copied into…

I can confirm that it is fixed in 5.0.84-beta.2+8170cf09d. Thanks!

I have done what you asked for. My Upload ID is 5e569e0a1f5ad.

Thank you, I found the shortcut keys and have updated them to match the first letter in the Norwegian strings for each menu item. I have left (C) for Close as it is. As for the rest, good to know they will be fixed.

I have toggled sorting for the creator column several times, pressed home and end to check both ways, but the sorting is still not working as expected. The report ID is: 1324173311 The locale is set to English if that is relevant.

I am on 5.0.83-beta.5+86a5c46b1 and this beta version still does not include editors when sorting on the creator column, that is they come at the end in a seemingly random order after the authors have been sorted alphabetically.

I can confirm that the reported problem is solved in 5.0.83-beta.1+55c88dc91. Thank you!

Thanks to you too for including it in the updated version. Unfortunately there is a bug of mine in the Norwegian translation that I thougth that I had manage to fix, but apparently did not and that still is present in 5.0.82. The third text string…

Thank you, now I am able to test the Norwegian translation.

Thank you, unfortunately Norwegian Bokmål is still not available on the pull-down list for Language under Preferences, Advanced, General. Perhaps there are some other settings in some language files that need to be updated to enable Norwegian Bokmål…

Than you very much, highly appreciated!

Hello again! I have now tested the style made available for testing and it looks good. 1) The name Citation Compass (APA note) is fine. Most of the styles provided in the repository has English names as standard and we are happy to follow that trad…

I’ll give you an answer on Monday after discussing it with some of my colleagues, if that’s OK with you?

Thank you so far. As for 1) perhaps “Kildekompasset (APA7 for fotnoter or footnotes)” (depending on whether the name should be in Norwegian or English) because they deal with both regular APA, IEEE, CMS and this variant of APA. They name this style…

Very good, thank you!

Hi again! Today I received information from Citation Compass that they will update their style to comply with APA7 around August 2020. We would like to have a style available for the spring term, but if it is easier to just start with APA7 now and t…

I have now checked every reference type in both English and Norwegian. Unfortunately, the requirements differ in the following three cases: 1. In Norwegian an E-book example given is: Goodfellow, Bengio & Courville 2016: kap. 1, avsn. 3. (chap. …

To save some time in checking the style, the bibliography is identical to APA6, it is the inline-cite that is moved to footnote without parenthesis, & is replaced with and, no locator before page numbers, and delimiter between year and page numb…

Thank you, I think I managed to correct the remaining issues, but I would appreciate it if you could check my editing. A link to the adjusted style is found here: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Aoj6WPyZ2lMEsIIYHI6KffkZi0Zmug?e=s9f6eT The name of the style you …

I have not received any response to this request and have tried to accomodate APA6 to Citation Compass. What I have done so far is: Line 2: class="in-text" changed to class="note" Lines 4-7 changed different title, short-title, id and added extra li…

Maybe someone can tell me whether you assume that I will provide the modified style and if so, how and where I should post it. If this will be taken care of by some of you who create styles, it would be good to know, also approximately when the sty…

I have no definite answer to your question, but to a) I think it is made for papers in the humanities with a strong interest in using footnotes for references and additional comments combined with a wish to make the references as short as possible i…

Thank you, but it would be really helpful for our students to be able to find it in the Zotero Style Repository. We have used an in-house style that the students had to download and then upload into Zotero, creating a technical barrier for some of t…
