No other extensions. I have customized the Normal template. I get the same response when I start a new document with the updated template, or if I use an old version, even when I customize that particular document. Randy

Good morning! I'm running Word for Mac version 16.75 (23070901). I typically use Chicago, but it does the same thing for both Chicago and APA. Thanks! -Randy
