Hi dstillman, Zotero is working fine again. I unlinked my account from Zotero for Windows and restored everything using my laptop. The linked my account to Zotero for Windows and it's been working fine since then. Thanks!

Same problem here, "Request timed out", but only using Zotero for Windows. Mac and Web versions seem to sync fine. Report ID 384093746
