Some styles are missing rules for lesser-used item types-- this may be such a case. Can you specify which Harvard style you're using (there are many!), and what you expect the citation to look like?

Ok. In that case, we'll need a report ID from a failed save attempt (use "Report errors" in the gear menu), so we know the precise error message.

That would explain it-- this was such an obvious cause that I applied the fix manually, instead of my usual approach of opening the site and exploring using Scaffold (which automatically updates the timestamp when it writes).

Make sure you're using the latest version of Zotero (2.1.10), and select "Update Translators" from the Zotero preferences. There was a change in the encoding used by ScienceDirect, but we've already made changes to accommodate.

Can you provide a sample URL from when you run a search? It's looking for a specific pattern, and it's possible that something is causing Google to show you a different URL and thus break the translator.

I agree-- this might have been an oversight. Maybe Simon (author of this bit of the code) can comment on whether we should expect such an option in the future?
