I followed the steps above but never got the syncing process to work in a way that proved successful for opening PDFs. So, after doing some spot checks on a few library items, I pasted my Storage folder into the new destination and found that to be …

Ok, I figured out how to do that. When I returned to the new location, it automatically started syncing. When I tested out a few files, they did not open and I got the same error message as before. However, this time, there was no pdf in the file wh…

Yes, I was wondering if it was because I had logged into the new Zotero location before I upgraded my storage, that might mean the files never properly synced to begin with. So, should I sync in the originating location then? How do I do that? …

Hello dstillman. I have tried a few things since I last wrote. I'm hoping you or another can help me in these next steps. Please see below for what I've done thus far: 1. I logged into the new computer with my Zotero id and synced. 2. I upgraded my …

Fantastic. Thank you so much, adamsmith. I really appreciate your quick and thorough response! I'll give these a try and see how things go.

The full notes style seemed to work. The only changes I needed to do were tweak how the doi appeared in the notes and underline the links. Thank you for your help with this issue. It is now resolved.

Ok, I'll try to figure out what's wanted for the year/date issue and will try that full notes style setting now too. Thanks for your responsiveness and help in the meantime. I'll see how things go.

Hi Adam. This is for an AMPS conference publication. I think what they're wanting is full notes with the biblio after. We were told "Notes and Bibliography need to follow the Chicago manual of styles Notes Bibliography 17th edition exactly." And w…

Excellent. I too have been missing this functionality. I often take notes using the Snip & Sketch tool and paste them into the Zotero notes section to remember "snapshots" relating to the reference. I am unable to do this anymore. Hopefully the …
