• Could someone comment on whether the macro in this thread works using Word for Mac (v. 16)? It is not working for me and I'm not sure whether this is due to my own errors in installing it or incompatibility with my version of Word. Thanks!

• Ahh-that fixes it, thanks!! Why did collapsing the left pane make the entries disappear? When I collapse it now, they are still visible.

• I am not sure what you mean by three panes, but nothing appears in any of the windows under the headings "Title", "Creator", Year", etc. Here's a link to a screen shot. Am I understanding your question correctly? https://tinyurl.com/y5n5g25p

• When I open Zotero standalone, the window that normally shows all the journal articles is empty, as if there are no entries in My Library.
