Oh, since zutilo showed as disabled I thought it hadn't been updated, but I downloaded the new version from github and relate selected items is back.

Thanks for looking into it @dstillman, i've gotten used to the warning now. @adamsmith also thanks for sharing the zotmoov, it's working fine (though I miss the 'relate selected items' option as easier then default.

+1 to the make it play well with Boox gang. I currently use syncthing to just send and retrieve PDFs, but it is cumbersome.
