all i need help is now : how to see all those files that i see on my computer under zotero storage and not in the library of my computer zotero. I just paid for another zotero for the email linked with computer zotero. So please help

so i cannot see the same items on my group library as i was previously . i increase storage space and syncing is complete but it still doesnt show all items on my local zotero

because the entire library doesnt appear in a collection format , so it doesnt appear oragnized. like with titles and subtitles. or exporting would automatically put it in the same old collection format

my other question is: We uploaded a lot of files (word documents, PDF files, powerpoint) pertinent to our patent filings. I do not see all the files that have been uploaded. Where are they hidden? Is there a way to retrieve them?
