  • Another voice for wanting AbiWord support, a plugin like the OOo/LibreOffice plugin would be absolutely wonderful. I would also like to ask is there anyway to offer to pay/donate to help develop this plugin?

  • As msellhoff above, the latest Ubuntu Firefox has fixed the problem. Ubuntu updated GCC as well as Firefox. (The official Mozilla build still works without a problem, but I'm going to dump it soon.)
