I'll just add to what mvasilak said, there's a new build 1.0.39 (278), so if you'd check that one out let us know whether it fixed things for you. Thanks!

@Xiaoqingc4 mvasilak meant settings on your iOS device, not settings in your app. But anyway we think we might have figured the issue out and this probably won't be needed. There is a new beta build 1.0.39 (278), can you check it out and let us kno…

@robertludwick I checked the data you sent us. Can you open Zotero on your iOS device and try to search for "VTZS5KE2"? Then open this item and it should show 2 notes, which should be identical. Try removing one of those notes and try syncing again.…

That should be fixed too now, thanks! It'll be available in next beta and release soon.
-
@ambimorph can you specify which link do you mean? I noticed that in item detail it doesn't open in default browser, but PDF links do. If you found another link which doesn't open properly let me know.
-
@robertludwick I'm very sorry, I sent you incorrect email address. It's support@zotero.org. Can you send it there? Sorry!
-
Thanks for your help @robertludwick. Could you please go to Zotero app on your iOS device and open Settings -> Debug Output Logging and choose "Export Database File" and send us this export to zotero@support.org ? If it's too big, please upload i…

@ernestleong can you check beta on TestFlight and see whether you still crash in it? If you do, please send your Report ID again so that I can compare. Thanks!
-
In that case we can't really help you any further. You've got something misconfigured. If you have it working in Files app and not in Zotero, we can try taking a look again.
-
You've got a "The request timed out.", not sure I can say much more about it. You were able to connect via Files app this time?
-
You're probably just not using TailScale right. Do you have their iOS app installed on your device? Through the iOS app you can connect to your TailScale node and then you can just use your local/private IP addresses as if you were sitting at home. …
-
I have a similar setup at home (I don't use Synology, I'm running a TrueNAS on my machine) and I can connect to local http IP address with TailScale without issue. I don't have a public IP either. When you connect to your TailScale node, can you ac…

Hi, you mention iOS crash report, but that Report ID seems to be from desktop Zotero application?
-
Thanks for reporting. We were able to identify and hopefully fix the crash, so it should happen to you again in next version.

Hi guys, when you verify your pcloud credentials you don't see any errors? If you do, can you share them? Also can you send us a debug id of you trying to sync to WebDAV?
-
@sachasoares can you explain a bit more? How did you add those files? You added them on iPad or Mac? And you can't open them on iPhone but you can open them on Mac?
-
Hi @MrBallistic, you can definitely set up your own WebDAV at home if you have a home NAS, or just some computer running all the time (or at least at the time when you need it). I also tested Koofr (koofr.eu) which seemed to work, but I don't have l…

Can you try adding a different file from your iCloud to Zotero? Just to see whether this issue occurs for every file or just for that specific one. Thanks!
-
Can you try to: 1) Terminate the Zotero app (in app switcher swipe up on Zotero) and try to sync again. 2) Try restarting your device and try to sync again. If that doesn't work can you please send me another debug id of a sync (same as you did abo…

You can also try to do these and see if it resolves something on your device's end: 1) Try to terminate the Zotero app (in app switcher swipe up on Zotero) and try to sync again. 2) Sign out of Zotero and sign back in, try uploading a file again. 3)…

This contains the info we need now. Your yandex WebDAV is returning "The request timed out." when trying to upload the attachment. I don't think I can help you more unfortunately. You mentioned that using our sync worked fine from iPad, so the issue…
-
You shouldn't be running "Full Sync Debugging", that's a misunderstanding. Check this please.
-
This debug log doesn't contain anything being uploaded too. And on your screen shots I can see that your debug logging is not running while you're encountering your error (I can't see the blue button in bottom left corner to stop debug logging).
-
@opniskanen there doesn't seem to be any file added in that debug log. You should start debug logging and then add a new attachment in the app for example.
-
Hi, thanks for reporting. Does this issue still occur to you? Did anything change? This issue happens because you added an attachment to your library and something broke on our side. Do you remember how you added new attachments before it broke? D…

When you start the app after a crash there should be a popup with Report ID (just numbers, no D at the beginning). Only after you confirm that popup the app should continue to load. Anyway does the app crash "randomly" or do you do any action befor…

Thanks @firnhome, we've received your screenshots. Can you reproduce those issues on any PDF or just on that specific one? If it happens on that specific PDF, can you send it to us too? Does it happen when you only work on iPad or do you combine i…

Hey @firnhome, I tried to reproduce your issue but I'm not able to do that. Can you try to write how you can reproduce it step by step? Or maybe create a short screen recording and send it to support@zotero.org while mentioning this thread. Thanks!
