• Actually I don't know why it works.... I deleted all of my former citations and then I click add/edit bibilo.. buttom. And this time Zotero didn't show me the error reminder and I just can insert my reference again. Hopefully it helps.

• Thanks for your prompt response~ Yes I restart my Zotero and I even reboot my laptop. The problem exists. I have tried several ways such as re-installing my Zotero extention in word and running Zotero as administrator but it doesn't work...
