• It's not just for WSJ. Sometimes Zotero's translator doesn't work well on some websites, sometimes even for Reuters, Economist, and New York Times as well. When this problem happens, Readability's add-on becomes very useful.

• You can try to install Readability's READ NOW add-on instead. Once you click "READ NOW", Zotero's translator icon will show up. Hope it helps.
