Oh, I assumed there was some type of error because I got a Sync Error message again (the exclamation mark next to the sync button).

Thanks for the direction. I checked my system clock and time zone - everything appears in order. I ran the sync again following the instructions for a Debug ID. The Debug ID is D1817861845

Our startup folder is located on a network drive which will affect everyone on the network, is there another place to copy this?

I'm using Zotero 3.0b2 have been encountering the same error message. I've followed the above directions but have had no success. Could this have to do with using Zotero 3.0b2? Suggestions of where to go from here?
