Thank you for your reply. So, using your own example in Google Scholar, when I try to save the first entry into Zotero, I am able to save the citation, but neither the snapshot nor the PDF (which I am able to access when clicking the link) is not be…

I seem to be having the exact same problem (just included a new post on the forum).

It helps a bit to close the tag selector, but it still freezes often and is quite slow.

Yes, I have tried to disable all of the other Firefox add-ons except for the Zotero-related ones (Zotero, Zotero Word for Windows Integration, and ZotFile), but the speed issue and freezing problems still persist.

Yes, updating Zotero seems to have fixed the problem. Thank you!

My Zotero version is 4.0.27.4. My Firefox version is 40.0.3. I tried disabling all of the other add-ons and tried to start Zotero agaim, but I still cannot get the EZProxy to work.

When I double click the link, I get a blank Firefox page with a "Server not Found" error. I do not get JSTOR or any other sites that I have tried. I only use the Zotero Firefox plug-in version of Zotero for all of my reference management needs.

It seems that Zotero is not recognizing that the website that I am trying to access is a site or article that I should have access to through my university, provided that I log in using my university name and password. Previously, for example, if I …

Yes! That fixed it! Now I feel really silly...thanks so much!

So, I have always signed in through my university's proxy login page to gain access to the online journals. In the past, there has never been a conflict between using the university proxy page and saving items to Zotero. As for my cookie settings in…

I am not sure that I follow completely, but the debug log should cover the action in which I go to Google Scholar and try to add an article using the "Save to Zotero" button, whereby I get a Known Translator Issue error. I have done this again, just…
