• Perhaps it is the way I am importing entries into Zotero that is wrong? I usually just click the safari plugin. Should I do it a different way?

• I am using Zotero on a Mac and so PDFs are opened in Preview. I have made highlights and notes to my PDF but I don't have the Manage Attachment option when I go to extract them. Help!
