• I just tried to add those items back into my bibliography and got the message again. I had to use the 'revert all' button in the bibliography editor.

• I had this problem as well. For me it seemed to be because I had manually added items to my bibliography that I hadn't cited in my document. I deleted the bibliography, refreshed, then re-inserted the bibliography and that seems to have fixed it.
