• Thanks. Your link helped. Not exactly the way it is suggested, instead under ./local/share/applications there was a wine-extension-pdf.desktop file. I have removed it and now it works fine.

• Joscha, I have tried your link on Zotero 2.0.9 under Opensuse 11.3/Firefox 3.6.13 and it works, I can see the Zotfile menu items and they work as expected. Thanks for the great plugin, this makes Zotero much much more usable!
