right now the library is working again for me, but would be nice of the Zotero team could monitor the server connection problems

I was encountering on and off availabitlity of the web library yesterday as well, also some errors when trying to use the Zotero connector to add new items. The errors were sporadic, though.

Re-creating the entry and adding the attached items as a combined pdf resolved the issue for me. Thanks as always for your very prompt reply.

Thanks. I'll patiently wait for the updated connector to be available. Right now Chrome Web Store is still listing 5.0.142 (released 9 August 2024) as the latest version

Just an update. Loading the database backup and then synching from the online library seems to have worked just fine. So as long as synching works, I'm good with that.

Thanks, I figured it may have to do with that. It's a manageable risk then, as I am always synching with zotero storage. I will give it a shot with the database backup.

Awesome, it's Safari's "Export to PDF" that saves websites as a single PDF page (basically a PDF snapshot). For some webpages this really comes in handy. Getting better support for this unusual format is really appreciated!
