• I haven't found any folder that could be profile directory but maybe it has another name ? In the pref, there is selected Oracle Corporation 1.8.0_271 but i can select Java 8 if it's better

• I followed it. After each step I reinstalled it manually from LibreOffice, which said "an error occurred during file opening". Should I Uninstall zotero and reinstall it ? This error isn't listed in the support
