roger that adamsmith but as you can see in the two images above your last post i have OPTED OUT of import and am trying to simply open the file i can state categorically that opening pdfs has a history of working in zotero

i get the same message when trying to open the file (opting out of import) and have used this feature like this in the past the file will not open in zotero
