Hi @dstillman: I was the problem. Problem solved :). Thank you for your quick reply! (in short: I assumed I could sync personal collections like I could "group libraries." Now I understand that is not possible).

Thank you, @dstillman. I realize that I was looking at my GROUP libraries--not "My Library." I can sync my group libraries, but not my personal one on the machine.

I still think a column with a star-rating system would be a nice addition (and easy, one-step solution to rating an article).

Nope. Zotero 2.1b6; Firefox 4.0b11; Macbook Pro 2.16GHz, OSX 10.6.6; Syncing now works fine (over zotero sync). When I installed the SA, I could not "import" citations no matter what I did. I only got a populated SA database by signing up for a sync…

fixed by uninstalling "macconnector" in Firefox and "reinstalling" macconnector in the standalone.

I experienced a similar problem. If you create a free zotero storage account and then "sync" your database in Firefox and then "sync" in the standalone, all of your stuff will appear in the SA.

I am experiencing the same problem. I've re-installed the mac connector, but every time I go to cite something from the standalone, I'm told that "zotero cannot communicate" "please open firefox." Is there way to tell word to look at the stand…
