Ah, ok! Now I realise that it works without the need to press Ctrl. It's simply arrow left, arrow down. I thought I'd still need to do Ctrl-Down. Yes, I have to admit that this is nearly the same. I just have to get used to it.

It's one command more :) I mean, if it benefits other areas and possible uses, nothing against it, I can get used to it too.

Indeed, I don't know where I got the Ctrl+M command from, it's pure mistake on my side. I meant the Ctrl+Down-Arrow shortcut. I tested and it works the way you just described. Was the change intended? Any chance of getting the previous - faster - be…

Any news about the possibility of having book/author names in the title template?
-
It seems to be under consideration: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/405068#Comment_405068. Also waiting for it.

I would love to add the citation key as well (BetterBibText). Is it possible? What would be the syntax for it?
-
Any thoughts on this?

By using WebDAV sync, I have a "sync" folder in my WebDAV account that apparently serves only to transfer the files from one computer to another, as they seem to be replicated in the respective Zotero folders in each computer. This WebDAV folder gro…

@coelen sorry, man. No good news. Periodically I have to rename all files again... This has brought some headaches (sometimes some links are broken), but I'm still using ZotFile. Don't know for how long...

Feedback: I've installed Zutilo and my shortcut (Alt + Q) has helped to accelerate the process of renaming and moving files to the assigned folder. My new question: would there be a way to automatise my shortcut? I mean: each time a new item is add…

@qqbb and @bwiernik: Yes, this could be an explanation. I'm accessing both papers with the account of my university, which gives me free access to both PDFs, so I don't get why Zotero+ZotFile would treat them differently. But thanks anyway. Maybe I …

It's worth noticing that, at my first time, before proceeding to Act 3, all attempts to save papers to Zotero had the same result, i.e. saving the file in the desired folder and creating the adequate link/attachment to Zotero entry.
-
File is stored in original Zotero storage folder, not in the folder indicated both in ZotFile preferences and in "Linked attachment base directory".

I really cannot understand what is happening. Your tip works for this paper: https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/01972243.2017.1391913, but isn't working for this: https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/1369118X.2019.1573914. Any idea?

Nice. Let's go. I state that I have performed all the other 13 steps. My debug for trying to save the last URL was D1066048411.

Sure, there it goes: Some URLs which I have tried: 1. https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues 2. https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/pdf/10.1177/2053951715594634 3. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/how-much-of-a-threat-to-the-inte…

Hi all, it seems that the same thing is happening to me since a few days. I'm using FF 70.0.1 (64-bits; Manjaro Linux KDE), Zotero Connector 5.0.60 and Zotero 5.0.77. By default my FF has the privacy.firstparty.isolate as "false". I've tested with b…

This is indeed better. Thanks!

Okay, good to know. I think it would be very practical to have all informations that you are using in Zotero in a computer in the other computer too. This is the way syncing makes sense to me. But I can see that some things might not worth the effor…
