Okay. I figured it out. I had to go to "go" in finder, the home folddeer, view options, make library visible all the time, and now I have modified the path. Now I will restart and see if anything is there.

it's word version 15.18 - is that 2016? damned if I know. How do I set startup to that other address? or can you send me a link that tells me how? I'm looking for it now, but can't find it.

Hi- thanks for quick reply. In word/preference/file location - next to start up, it says applications/microsoft office 2011/office/startup/word I don't see anything that says zotero or anything.

The following solution above worked for me and my mac: in firefox, go to view, toolbars, add-on, and make sure add-on is clicked. Thank you.
