• If my actions triggered it, it was not inside of the settings menu. May have to do with everything being made through me terminal. Idk. It actually took some time before I opened settings and discovered the classic view setting.

• Yes! You are correct, the view setting was the culprit. The classic view was set by default after upgrading my version. I was able to switch back to the non -classic view. Problem solved! Thanks!
